* LME discourages buyers from purchasing any of our products and selling at a higher cost. If found doing so, We will give one warning before we suspend your LME account and refund any further purchases. *

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
 
In-Stock orders usually ship within 48 hours, unless the website is closed, or it is around a holiday.
 
Shipping time for Diaper Pre-Orders vary, depending on when the order closes and if it happens to be around a holiday.  Diaper Pre-Orders usually take 6-8 weeks from the time the order is sent into production, until it is quality checked and ready to ship out to customers.  Once the diapers are ready for shipment, they are sent out within 48 hours.
 
Orders that contain product from multiple Pre-Orders will be held until all items are available to ship.  Once all items are available, the order will ship within 48 hours.
 
Orders that contain both In-Stock and Pre-Order items will also be held until all items are available to ship.  Once all items are available, the order will ship within 48 hours.
 
If you wish to purchase In-Stock and Pre-Order products and want to receive your In-Stock items sooner, simply purchase your Pre-Order items separately from your In-Stock items.
If you placed your order and combined instock with pre-order and decided you want your instock order shipped and no longer want to wait: 
 We can send you a separate shipping invoice with a $1.50 convenience fee added, Due to having already agreed to the policy stated above that all combined orders won't ship until all items are available for shipment.

PRE-ORDER and REFUND CANCELLATIONS:
If you have purchased product from a Pre-Order, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund up until the time it is sent into production for samples.
 
If you cancel the Pre-Order you will receive a partial refund, which will include 60% of the purchase total. 

If the pre-Order items are combined on the same order with instock items. It’s still 60% refund of the entire purchase. 
 
 Exchanged/RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:
We accept exchanges and returns within 30 days from the date you receive your product.  Items must be in the original packaging, clean and unwashed. 
 
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping, as well as a 10% restocking fee.  We cannot refund shipping cost once an item has shipped.
 
The customer will be invoiced for shipping of the new product if an exchange is made.
 
 DAMAGED PRODUCT/ ORDER PACKAGED INCORRECTLY:
We will gladly refund or exchange manufacturer damaged product within 30 days from the date you receive your product.  Items must be in the original packaging, clean and unwashed.

If your order was packaged incorrectly, We will replace the incorrect/missing product from your order within 30 days from the date you received your package. 
 
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping of damaged products.  If the damaged item is exchanged, shipping of the new item will be discounted.
 
Refunds or Exchanges will be processed upon return of the damaged product.

Sold Out Products
If by chance we accidentally oversale a product and the original product purchased is out of stock. We will substitute the product for another product alike unless otherwise noted in the notes section of your order. 
 
Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages
LME is not responsible for packages after they have been handed over to the shipping agency. 
 
However, if your package doesn’t get delivered, or if it is marked as “delivered” but is in fact missing, we are more than happy to help you figure out a solution and walk you through the steps of filing a claim with the shipping agency. 
 
Likewise, if your product is damaged during the shipping process, we are more than happy to help you figure out a solution and walk you through the steps of filing a claim with the shipping agency.
